Sport
Training is where I practise consistency without a keyboard.
Triathlon has been part of my life for more than fifteen years. These days I mix endurance with strength: swim, bike, run, lift, recover, repeat.

Why it stays
A different kind of hard problem.
Running a company and building software can make every day feel mentally noisy. Training creates a simpler feedback loop: the work is measurable, adaptation takes time and shortcuts are usually obvious.
I don't see sport as an escape from work so much as a system that keeps the rest of life more balanced. Long sessions clear the noise. Racing adds discomfort on purpose. Strength work is a reminder that durability matters as much as speed.
The disciplines reinforce each other: curiosity gets you started, consistency compounds, adaptation beats stubbornness, and improvement is rarely linear.
